Last night we took part in an unforgettable experience, the GLEE Challenge! The GLEE challenge is a singing and dancing competition where schools across Edinburgh take part in this thrilling experience. In the first round when we were on stage we felt like we were the best rock stars in the world and our dreams were coming true. We sang ‘The Best Days of My Life’ by the American Authors and the upbeat song ‘Boogie Shoes’ which got everyone boogying! The judges loved our snazzy shoes. Although we didn’t come first in the first heat we won the Espirit De Glee trophy which, in our opinion, was the best award. It is for having a cheery attitude and giving it our all. We made it to the final and we came First Runner Up which is a huge achievement and we will never forget it.
Well done St John’s choir and Miss Miller for your patience & hard work 🤗. We were all so proud watching your fabulous performance. 🎼 SMILE 🎼 did bring one to our faces along with a little tear – which I am sure everyone would agree, but we loved every minute of it! Well done all of you! X
