Hi P3s – Each morning I take my puppy for a walk in Lochend Park. I’ve noticed that I can hear the birds more as the traffic is quieter. And today, I happened to see a bird just settling into her nest.
I hope you are getting a chance to notice more things. What little thing have you seen?

I looked up the RSPB website and I think it’s a Moorhen. I did think it was a Chough but then I saw the bit of yellow on the end of it’s beak.

That’s a good spot Maggie. There is also a greater spotted woodpecker who likes to hang out in that park, perhaps he’ll say hello to Mrs Morrison at some point…
