P5 have had a very active start to the week, getting fully immersed in our new topic: the Rainforest!
Today, we began planting our own tomato and pepper seeds, which we will nurture and care for throughout the rest of Primary 5. We hope to grow our very own rainforest-inspired fruit and vegetables!🌿 🪴 🌱🍅🫑
We also started designing our own models of each of the different layers of the rainforest using shoeboxes. Using paint, real vegetation collected from the playground, paper, and other recycled materials, we brought the different each of the layers to life. We are excited to continue working on these creative projects throughout the week! We will update with photos of the final product towards the end of the week! 🎨 ✂️ 📦 🌳 ☀️ 🐵 🦜 🌧️
