Literacy
Writing: This week we are using interesting adjectives to write a description of a spooky character.
Our tricky words this week for each group:
🏔️🌳🌻 Mountain/Tree/Flower: will, up, about, out, many
🌖☀️ Moon/Sun: over, new, sound, take, only
🌊 Ocean: Spelling rule: double final consonant before adding y. For example, spotty, nutty, dotty
Numeracy
In numeracy this week, we are revising fact families to 20. Please find links to a game and a worksheet you can try at home.
Health and Wellbeing
In PE we are learning about the roles of attacker and defender, and how to work as a team.
Religious Education
On Tuesday P3 will be going to St Mary Magdalene for the All Saints Day Mass. Please make sure your child has appropriate clothing and footwear for the walk.
