P4’s sunny afternoon adventures in red

P4 enjoyed an afternoon at Play in a Pod, with some children building and running their own own pizza parlour- complete with tills and a delivery service- to playing tennis with an oversized tennis ball and guarding our classmates’ buildings while wearing mermaid costumes.

When we weren’t enjoying the wealth of Play in a Pod resources and stretching the limits of our imaginations, we were busy painting our soon to be Ancient Roman shields.

It was helpful that earlier in the day we had taken part in the Kickstart a Heart charity CPR training session while wearing red, as quite a number of children (and teachers) may have returned home with a few added touches of red paint to their outfits. Rest assured that our paint is water based!
