P6 Learning Log – Week Beginning 19.08.19

We have had a very busy week!

We have been learning about our rights and responsibilities. We discussed what responsibilities we have at school and created a class charter to make sure everyone knows how we can respect the rights of everyone. We made jigsaw pieces to put on display so we can make sure we always remember our responsibilities.

In maths, we have been doing lots of chilli challenges, with different levels of spicy to choose from depending on what level of difficulty we need. We have been revising addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.

We have been learning about sports in French and discussing what we like to do and play. We have completed some writing tasking about this and can now say what we like and don’t like to do in our spare time.

We are very excited about PE this term. We are learning about rugby because it is the rugby world cup soon. We have been playing games to practice moving in space and defending ourselves. Soon, we will be getting into teams and playing in a tournament. We will all have a different role, like coach or manager.
