WORLD BOOK DAY
It was wonderful to see the children so excited in their costumes on Thursday. We had lots of fun learning about the different characters we were dressed up as. Harry Potter was definitely the most popular choice!
Our day began with a shared reading session with P4 which involved lots of good discussion about the texts enjoyed together.
We watched a live authors event, took part in a book themed scavenger hunt and made posters about our favourite stories/characters. What a fun book day!
SPACE ART
It has taken a few lessons but our creative efforts are now complete and ready to be displayed and enjoyed. The children have loved this art experience.
LENT
The children have been given a Lent booklet to work on at home. We looked at this in class as part of our RE this week.
